A real house some day?

James May, the host of Britian’s Top Gear, has announced he is seeking volunteer’s to assist in construction of a house made entirely of LEGO bricks.

According to Get Surrey, “As part of his BBC series James May’s Toy Stories, he plans to build a two-storey house in the middle of Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking.”

Millions of LEGO bricks have been delivered to the construction site already, coming from as far as the Czech Republic. The house itself is planned to have a full staircase, working toilet and working shower.

Construction is slated to begin on August 1st and the public has been invited to take part.

This challenge follows  two previously successful toy-related challenges in which May built the world’s first Plasticine garden and the world’s largest model plane.
