The Greek Alphabet of Comics

But geeks tend to use their own specific language to talk about the things they love, such as TV shows, comic books or movies. One of the most abundantly used are letters from the Greek alphabet (Alpha, Beta, Gamma …)

The website Comics Alliance has put together a description of how the entire Greek alphabet has influenced popular culture. Take a look, and you’ll be surprised by just how much Greek you actually know.
