Ah, as I remember some sweet ass memories of playing 8-bit games, I’m also reminded how old I’m getting as I realize that for some folks, the Playstation and Nintendo 64 were some folks’ first console and hence, not experience the awesomeness of 8-bit and 16-bit gaming.
That’s where the talented folks from Pixel Force comes in as they transform popular game franchises (such as Left 4 Dead and DJ Hero) and show how the game would be if it was released during the 8-bit era. This time they released the popular game that made tea-bagging an everyday thing for loud mouth ten year olds, Halo.
Pixel Force: Halo reminds me a bit of Kid Chameleon on the graphical side when it comes to the platforming levels while the Warthog levels reminds me of gameplay from Commando style games. Either way, check the video out as it is a well made video and see if you start wondering how kids today are missing out like I am, all while I yell at kids to get off my lawn.
