The new issue of Entertainment Weekly includes this photo of Chris Evans, in full costume as Captain America. Opening in theaters on July 22.  I like the costume, what I can see of it.  It has the current costume standards pretty close. It’s a bit more rugged and military-looking. And while his helmet does have wings, they’re painted on the sides instead of actually attached.

For all of those people that think the Captain America bad movie curse is real . . . damn, even I have to admit that it’s kinda scary looking back at those film.

I am keeping my hopes up.  Captain America has always been one of my favorite comic book characters.  I have tons of Captain America stuff in my collection.  Everything from comics to drinking glasses, magnets, statues, bobble heads, litho prints, you name it and I probably have one.
