Welcome gaming bastards to another edition of G.R.O.W. This is NerdBastards weekly game release of the week list, where we give y’all a heads up on what will be coming out for the consoles and PC/Mac. We also cover downloadable titles as well.

This week we see another family fun filled LEGO game that features a movie universe about pirates. We also have an FPS that features parkour movement gameplay, a 3DS game that’s all about the shoot ’em up gameplay. And just like the title says, there’s a Duke Nukem game coming out. As always, we got a couple other notable titles and downloadable games for you to check out.

Click on the Read More Button to check out some of these titles and see which one of these games will be taking up most of your time until next weeks batch of video games.

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean

LEGO® Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game is an action adventure game that brings the Pirates of the Caribbean world and all its colorful characters to life in LEGO Brick form. Players will experience all the memorable scenes from the first three films, as well as those in the upcoming fourth film, “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides,” in the humorous and quirky LEGO Video Games style.

If you’ve been a fan of the LEGO games and the solid/decent gameplay, you now have the chance to play in the universe of Pirates of the Caribbean. Gamers will be able to play through the first three films and play some levels that are from the upcoming fourth film.

Available: Nintendo Wii; Nintendo DS; Nintendo 3DS; PC/Mac; Playstation 3; Sony PSP; Xbox 360

Brink

Brink is an immersive first-person shooter that blends single-player, co-op, and multiplayer gameplay into one seamless experience, allowing you to develop your character whether playing alone, with your friends, or against others online. You decide the combat role you want to assume in the world of Brink as you fight to save yourself and mankind’s last refuge. Brink offers a compelling mix of dynamic battlefields, extensive customization options, and an innovative control system that will keep you coming back for more.

What’s this? A FPS game that is created by the Enemy Territory folks? Why yes it is. Sure the game has been delayed and pushed backed for a year, it seems that the interesting parkour-style movement is trying to make this more than just a flavor of the month shooter.

Available: PC; Playstation 3; Xbox 360

Dream Trigger 3D

Dream Trigger 3D showcases the wow factor of the Nintendo 3DS like no other game. A stunning mixture of explosive graphics and nonstop action, it is the signature shooter for the system. Play as a ‘fixer of dreams’, turning nightmare landscapes into gorgeous dreamscape in this must-have visual masterpiece for all Nintendo 3DS owners.

Here we are with another 3DS game (finally) and this one seems to be trying to push the visuals on Nintendo’s newest portable device. This game features bullet hell shoot ’em up gameplay, which would make it some interesting 3D visuals popping at your face.

Available: Nintendo 3DS

Duke Nukem: Critical Mass

Concerned that no recon mission has returned from the future, the Earth Defense Force is sending their best man, Duke Nukem to find out what is going on and to bring the team home. Duke arrives in the future only to find aliens now rule the world with an iron fist, and worst of all they are conducting experiments on earth’s most valuable resource – its women! Duke is hell bent on saving the babes and completing his mission and in the process discovers he is the reason why earth was invaded.

While this may not be Duke Nukem Forver, gamers will be able to take Duke in some good old side scrolling adventure in what is suppose to be the first of a planned trilogy for the portable gaming devices.
