One of the prize scenes from the original Back to the Future, is when Marty McFly opens up and drops a little rock and roll on the sock hop crowd in 1955. The Chuck Berry hit “Johnny B. Goode,” written by Berry after a mysterious, frantic phone call from his cousin Marvin one Saturday night, has become synonymous with the 1985 blockbuster, and every now and then, McFly himself, Michael J. Fox, picks up the guitar and play a little Berry for fans.
Fox once again regaled the crowd with his rendition of “Johnny B. Goode,” which he performs annually at his A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson fundraiser. You can watch the video for yourself below.
