Every day the internet produces an astounding amount of goodies and gems. Most hilarious, some amusing, but all worth at least a few seconds of your time. We here at Nerd Bastards try to bring you the best bits of news and nerdery the webz has to offer, with a bit of snark thrown in. But sometimes not everything makes the cut.
Monday through Friday we’ll be bringing you our inbox leftovers, our forgotten bookmarks, the nerdy bits that simply slipped through the cracks. You can submit items to Nerdy Bits by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Would you like to watch the awesome lobby shootout scene from The Matrix synced with “Mambo #5?” Of course you do. In fact, I’m surprised how well these two mesh together. The Youtuber claims no editing was involved to make it work, so if we take him at his word, this is almost spooky. (TDW: Geek)

Arnold Schwarzenegger is a commentary king. Listen to this commentary track from Total Recall if you don’t believe me. Reddit assures us this is real, and I believe them. Hey, it’s cheaper and waaaaay faster than a cab. (Fashionably Geek)
I don’t know about you, but we here at Nerd Bastards are super-duper pumped for The Muppets and it’s been great seeing them everywhere recently. This week’s Saturday Night Live was hosted by Jason Segel, and just wager a guess who stopped by.
Kermit then joined Seth Myers for the Weekend Update bit, “Really!?! with Seth and Kermit.” As expected, everything on SNL in amplified a tenfold in hilarity when you add Muppets. (/Film)
Did you know Yoda is hocking noodle cups in Japan? Times are tough, even for ancient Jedi masters. (io9)
One Skyrim fan chose to document his all night marathon with the game in a photo montage of his snacking. Everything goes splendidly. If by splendidly you mean losing a leg and finding blood in your stool. (TDW: Geek)
Finally, two of the internet’s greatest loves and obsessions, together. Chuck Norris and World of Warcraft.
