Finally! Hooray! It’s here. The first, official, full trailer for Christopher Nolan‘s epic finale to his Batman franchise, The Dark Knight Rises. Let’s just cut to the chase, you’re here to watch a trailer so here we go,
You can also go watch the trailer on Apple, in varying degrees of beautiful HD.
I’m trembling with excitement while at the same time I have no clue what is happening. And that’s fine, the less we know the better, at least this early in the game. And speaking of game, how awesome is it when they blow up Heinz Field? As a Steelers fan, seeing Hines Ward score a touchdown while the field crumbles away behind him, pretty badass.
I’m sure you noticed more Selina Kyle, and does Anne Hathaway look like she’s having fun playing the sultry socialite or what? I only hope she can kick ass in leather catsuit just as well.
This trailer is almost entirely new footage, but again, revealing little. Of course, if you were a lucky enough bastard to catch the 6-minute preview in theatres, much of this might be old news.
Whatcha think of it? Live up to expectations? Are you completely and utterly stoked?
