Back in October of 2010, Kevin Smith teamed with video-on-demand service EpixHD for Kevin Smith: Too Fat For 40, the fourth installment in his live Q&A recordings. In Too Fat Kevin answered one question, a question that turned into a near two hour story on everything from the much publicized “Too Fat to Fly” incident to the highs and lows of Zack and Miri Make a Porno and Cop Out.
Well, Kevin has teamed up with Epix once again for Kevin Smith Burn in Hell. In the hour and a half special, recorded live at the Paramount Theater in Austin, Texas, Smith conducts a riotous and outrageous Q&A session about the aftermath of his latest film, Red State. Topics include his mishaps and misadventures such as drawing the ire of the entire movie blogger community at the Sundance Film Festival and being followed around the country by the highly devout, and highly angered, Phelps Family.
The original comedy event premieres February 11 on the EPIX premium network. We actually have an exclusive clip from the special. In the clip Kevin answers the age old question ” Do women find Smith sexually attractive?” Kevin goes straight into his own brand of classy answers. Check it out:
I’ve seen Kevin quite a few times and it never gets old. I am so amazed at how this guy never shuts up, no joke. He can talk about everything and everything and turn a one word response into a 20 minute story. Unbelieveable. But the guy is definately interesting to listen to. Burn in Hell sounds like another trip and a half.
