Every day the internet produces an astounding amount of goodies and gems. Most hilarious, some amusing, but all worth at least a few seconds of your time. We here at Nerd Bastards try to bring you the best bits of news and nerdery the webz has to offer, with a bit of snark thrown in. But sometimes not everything makes the cut. Monday through Friday we’ll be bringing you our inbox leftovers, our forgotten bookmarks, the nerdy bits that simply slipped through the cracks. You can submit items to Nerdy Bits by emailing us at nerdybits@nerdbastards.com.

Butter Beer lip balm. Just don’t mix it up with Snapes Sex Change Wax and your good to go. [FashionableGeek]

Sexy Wampa girl. Is it me, or does this girl look like Kari Byron from Mythbusters? Oh, now I’ve gone and dunnit. Every time you see Byron on Mythbusters you’re going to picture her in this sexy wampa costume.  [GAS]

This is a series of limited edition Star Wars watches from Seiko. Each one is inspired by a different character in the franchise and costs around $1,800. Pfft, I’d rather take that $1,800 and put it towards my own Star Wars fan film. One starring Kari Byron as a sexy wampa. [Geekologie]

Dylan was treated to a Scott Pilgrim-themed Toronto scavenger hunt, culminating with a marriage proposal from his girlfriend. [TDWGeek]

Beat Down Boogie has posted their latest video from Dragon Con – Dragon Con 2012 Epic Cosplay and NerdBastards’ own Mark Poynter, AKA Bat-Mario (4:50 mark) made the cut. Another interesting FYI – That Samara and Commander Shepard are the actual face model and voice actor from the game – in costume!

Honest Trailers – The Avengers. I refuse to watch. The truth hurts and ignorance is bliss.  [Screen Junkies]

Ninja Turtles balloon costume. I guess this is what happens when a looner (balloon fetishist) gets into cosplay. Creepy.  [Geekologie]

Why Indiana Jones is secretly terrifying. I dunno if this is something to be proud of, but I’ve had many dinner conversation about Indy that have played out exactly like this.  [Cracked]

Kids prank mom by showing her edited unhappy editing for Toy Story 3. You know the scene… [Geek Tyrant]
