The Arrow premiere last Wednesday turned out pretty decent, hitting the second best rating for a premiere that The CW has ever had.  As per the accepted recipe, viewers will likely be seeing a new villain for Oliver Queen to battle almost every week.  One anticipated arrival is episode five, “Damaged”, which will feature not only classic Green Arrow bad-guy Deathstroke, but also herald the arrival of John Barrowman.

Barrowman’s role in the series is so far mysterious and he has been described only as the “Well-Dressed Man”.  There is some speculation that he may be the alter-ego of Deathstroke, given that they both show up at the same time, but that is as-of-yet unconfirmed.
