Hugh Jackman and director James Mangold are doing everything they can to help us forget the shit stain in superhero-cinema known as X-Men Origins: Wolverine, with their follow up film The Wolverine. They’ve promised us a version of Wolverine we deserve. Dark, brooding and violent. With a dash of ninjas thrown in.
Today, a motion poster was released, and it’s already cooler than just about anything from the other film. In it we see Jackman’s Wolverine crouching in front of the Tokyo landscape while it rains. And, oh yeah, he’s got a samurai sword.
