And now, we here at Nerd Bastards bring you some more teasers to wet your appetite for the upcoming barrage of super hero flicks.  This time around, we have Bryan Singer tweeting a ridiculous teaser for X-Men: Days of Future Past, along with some new set pics from the upcoming Wolverine and Spider-Man 2 flicks.  Check it all out after the jump.

The best way for a director to keep fans in the know is to keep them almost constantly updated and nobody has been doing it better than Bryan Singer. The X-Men: Days of Future Past director has been true to his word of delivering updates through Twitter has now released what we hope is the first of many mini-clips online.

Vine – the looping video recorder app available through iTunes and Android by Twitter – was recently used by the director to tease the first “footage” of Ian McKellen. This is the first look at McKellen’s Magneto since X-Men: The Last Stand and Bryan released a brilliant six-second clip featuring plenty of metal (not the music). Whoever introduced Vine to Singer we thank you for the many more short clips that could eventually make their way online.

Based on the comic storyline of Uncanny X-Men #141 and 142 in 1981 by Chris Claremont and John Byrne, ‘Days of Future Past’ has appeared in various incarnations over the years. Fans of the 90s’ X-Men: The Animated Series will remember the ‘Days of Future Past’ two-parter that also borrowed elements from the original story arc, only replacing Kitty Pryde with the energy absorbing mutant, Bishop.

McKellen will join Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Halle Berry, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing and Boo Boo Stewart in the mutant ensemble.

Check out X-Men: Days of Future Past in theaters everywhere July 18th, 2014.

Next, take a look at this new shot from Amazing Spider-Man 2.  Apparently, this is supposed to be some of the destruction unleashed by Electro, the next villain to take on the famous wall-crawler.
