Zack Snyder‘s Man of Steel has a new featurette out that aims to answer all those nagging fan-boy and girl questions about possible changes and additions to the Superman mythos. Take a look below and then check out what Snyder has to say about more Superman movies and the much desired Justice League movie.

Many fans and Internet pundits are banking on Man of Steel blowing away the competition at the box office and quickly leading to a Justice League movie. Snyder has this to say about the possibility of taking the Justice League director’s chair:

Look … completely hypothetically, I feel like you need to get Superman a little further down the road, I think, before you can do a Justice League movie.

When you take that along with this answer from Man of Steel composer Hans Zimmer, when asked if he’d be working with Snyder again in the future:

I just had a conversation recently with Zack where I was trying to look at my life in the future. He was going, ‘Well, we want to go and do this and we want to go and [do this]‘. I was thinking, ‘Oh my god. Here we go again.’

I have to agree with Snyder, it’s too soon for a Justice League movie, now a World’s Finest movie featuring Superman and Batman. . . that would be an excellent movie to fill the gap between Man of Steel and a Justice League movie.

Now we’re getting to some Easter Egg spoiler territory. Consider yourself warned if you continue reading.

Last chance to turn back . . .

When asked about Easter Eggs in Man of Steel, Snyder confirmed that Zod does indeed destroy a Wayne Enterprises Satellite when approaching Earth. He went on to mention the existence of another company logo in the film, LexCorp.

“Everything is interesting at this point, and don’t forget that Lex is out there, doing who knows what…”

Does this mean Lex might be making an appearance in Man of Steel 2? I for one was quite happy that Lex wouldn’t play a major part in Man of Steel, Lex doesn’t have to be in EVERY Superman movie.
