For Entertainment Weekly‘s special Comic Con issue, they’re pulling out all the stops with four different covers of pretty big-name things: The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the remake of the Stephen King novel, Carrie, Ender’s Game and Orphan Black.  Each cover corresponds to a story within the issue.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 cover has got Andrew Garfield‘s Spidey and Jamie Foxx‘s Electro gracing it.  We can assume that this gives us a first glance at the finalized visual effect for Electro.  What do you guys think?

This is a little snippet of the corresponding EW article:

“You can feel it,” says Webb. “People aren’t scared. With the first one I felt it was important to retell that origin story. But that was kind of brutal because people were so familiar with it. Now that the origin story is done? We’re off to the races. It’s incredibly liberating.”

These issues of Entertainment Weekly will be available for purchase on July 11.
