The Michael Bay money machine rolls on, this time with the fourth installment of the Transformers franchise. But they still don’t have an official title for the new flick yet, which is going to prove complicated once they try printing up all that marketing material. Some rumors have been flying about concerning said title and a few possibilities mentioned include Transformers: Last Stand, Transformers: Apocalypse, Transformers: Future Cast and Transformers: Bay Wants Your Money (okay, so I made that last one up…). Now, there’s a new contender.
The latest possibility – Transformers: Age of Extinction.
This seems relevant enough considering the fact that the Dinobots will be showing up. And there is at least a small bit of evidence to suggest this will be the final choice. As usual, someone’s been hunting Internet domain names and found that TransformersAgeofExtinction.com has been bought up. So will this be our new title?
Check out Transformers: <whatever the hell it’s called> when it hits theaters come June 27th of next year.
Thanks to ComicBookMovie for the heads-up.
