With the current earnings for Hugh Jackman‘s latest movie The Wolverine grossing $361,437,539 world-wide, triple its production budget of $115,000, producers of Bryan Singer‘s upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past must be snug in their beds with big-office-box-numbers dancing in their heads.
Just thinking about the combination of the cast of the original X-Men movies including Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan with the next generation (or should that be younger generation) James McAovy and Michael Fassbender is mind-blowing in its awesomeness. Throw in Hugh Jackman as a bridge between the two casts, the incredible Peter Dinklage as the villain, and you have yourself a blockbuster movie.
Hugh Jackman recently sat down with Access Hollywood and literally gushed with praise for Singer, the past X-Men movies, and the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past.
I know, having sat at Comic-Con on that panel with that extraordinary cast, I keep saying it’s like two movies in one, but with the size of it it’s really three in one. It really is going to blow people away because of the story. Bryan Singer, I think, is going to become the first director to make increasingly better movies in a franchise, I’m not sure if there’s anyone else that’s done it.”

Yes, Hugh does admit to lifting 460 pounds. Holy crap, that is incredible.
