Here’s a weird concept; a family goes away on vacation at Disney World, the happiest place on earth. While they’re there, things take a turn for the worse and they find themselves in an absolute nightmare. Well, that’s exactly what Escape from Tomorrow has done via “secretly” filming on location.

As a fan of horror, I can honestly say that I’m a little creeped out by this trailer. The thing is, I don’t think there is any way in hell this film gets released without Disney’s consent. The theme park is the film’s setting, and obviously a major part of the story, referencing Disney properties multiple times in the trailer. I’m no legal expert, but it seems like they couldn’t do any of that if the Mouse didn’t approve.

So, I guess that means Disney somehow signed off on this horror flick, even though that doesn’t make much sense. I couldn’t blame them if they had shut this down though; why would they want something that brings in so much money to be shown in such a bad light? Either way, if this does somehow come out, you can expect it in theaters and VOD starting October 11th.
