Next year at this time, Marvel will have us right where they want us: sandwiched between Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man. Apropos then that we should get two doses of spoilery goodness about those films in one go because why get spoilers for one huge blockbuster when you can get spoilers for two for the same price. Underline that word spoiler because if you want to be sitting in the movie theater a year from now fresh as the proverbial daisy, then you way want to bail. For the rest of you, keep reading to learn new details about your Marvel movie future.

So avert your eyes now and click on another page, or scroll down (if you dare). You have till the count of 10.

So let’s kick off by talking about Ant-Man because, hey, alphabetical order. Anyway, according to JoBlo, the film will tell the story of Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), single dad and gentleman thief who swipes the Ant-Man suit from Hank Pym (Michael Douglas). The suit itself will have a kind of Iron Man-like helmet with glowing red eyes, and a “TRON-style” finish on the body suit. The villain is Darren Cross of Cross Technological Enterprises, who also has a super-suit except yellow and black and a little more battle ready. Could this be an early version of the Yellowkacket suit, which in the comics is also created by Pym? I guess we’ll see. Also, this Ant-Man will have the ability to talk to ants, so chew on that.

As for Avengers: Age of Ultron, there are some further details from JoBlo.

To begin with, the reports about the film’s opening are, apparently, true. Avengers Part 2 does pick up where the bonus scene at the end of Captain America: The Winter Soldier leaves off and there’s a big ol’ fight between the heroes and Baron von Strucker (Thomas Kretschmann) with his twin “miracles” Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen). There’s also a major rager at Avengers Tower following the battle thanks to the host with the most, Tony Stark. Speaking of Avengers Tower, it will be tricked out big time. Not only will Tony and Bruce Banner have their own bro-lab, but we’ll also get a look at a massive hanger including the all-new Quinjet.

As for the clothes make the hero angle, we already know that Captain America and Hawkeye are getting a costume change complete with the Avengers “A” logo, but the rest of the team will follow suit (so to speak) as well. The Hulk will have pants that changes with his size, Black Widow will have a new TRON-like costume (like Ant-Man?) with new stingers and a pair of batons, and Iron Man will upgrade to Mark 43 (which will be similar to his Iron Man 3 armor) and Mark 44, which is for Hulkbusting. As for robot co-stars, The Vision (played by Paul Bettany) will have the classic color scheme of green, red and gold, while Ultron will look like he rolled off the same assembly line as Coulson’s Phase 2 weapon in The Avengers, but with a “Balrog/LOTR” kind of motif for the head. James Spader will be performing Ultron via motion capture.

Stay tuned for further spoilers concerning both Ant-Man and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Both films will be in theaters next summer.
