Reminding us just how many characters are in Marvel’s Age of Ultron, Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch and Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s Quicksilver have gotten their own posters. Yahoo Movies has the reveal this time and you can check them out in the gallery below.
Here’s Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch looking nothing like she does in the comics, and we’re OK with that. This now makes two posters of women characters both in interesting poses and not stupid over the shoulder butt shots.
And here’s Aaron Taylor-Johnson doing his best “Blue Steel” impression.
We know that these two characters originally work for/with Ultron before eventually coming over to work alongside The Avengers, but the full extent of their impact to the story remains unknown.
Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen, and Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron arrives in theaters May 1, 2015.
