The eternal question of who did it sexier? Deadpool or George Costanza? I’ll leave that for you to decide individually. There’s a bunch of new Deadpool/Ryan Reynolds tid-bits floating around the Internet today that make for one exciting post. We’ve got the official Movie Logo, a look at Reynolds new Wade Wilson hair cut and muscles, and a status update from Reynolds on the “R” rating for Deadpool we’re all hoping to see.

First up let’s get the new Movie Logo out-of-the-way. It’s nothing really Earth-shattering, but does so that the production is trying to stick with the comics.

Next up is a look at Ryan Reynolds in a fan tweet. Take a look at that Wade Wilson doo… High and Tight Baby.

Looking good Mr. Reynolds. I swear this is the superhero role he was born to play.

Reynolds also responded to a fan’s tweet asking about the Deadpool movie’s rating:

I imagine they are still shooting the scenes with an “R” rating in mind and will edit out what they need to if the final decision goes for a PG-13. That would be tragic in my opinion, but might be the better financial decision for the studio. Don’t give up hope though, I can just see a studio executives eyes light up at the mention of a special DVD/Blu-ray rated “R” Director’s Cut Edition. That would bring truckloads of cash to the studio door.

The last bit of Deadpool news is the addition and casting of another mutant in the mix, Negasonic Teenage Warhead, played by Brianna Hildebrand.

NTW was the creation of Grant Morrison in New X-Men #115. Her telepathic abilities allow her to control others powers.

Word is that the character will undergo some slight changes in the translation to the big screen. Hildebrand is said to be undergoing some intense physical training for the role. Perhaps NTW will be a much more physical fighter than in the comics.

Just in case you haven’t seen it yet, here’s the official synopsis for Deadpool, which hits theaters February 12th, 2016.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
