Unlike Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman, which has been scarce in production photos and videos, Sony’s Deadpool has been a non-stop media blitz. Almost every day star Ryan Reynolds is Tweeting pictures of himself in costume (and fan posters like the one above), or there’s a myriad of a set videos of Deadpool in action. Perhaps this is a conscious choice. For a comic character of this caliber and for the film to have an R rating, as well as being a project that sat on the shelf for years, maybe the Studio is letting things get out to continue the online buzz with the end result of putting as many asses in seats as possible?

Whether or not that’s true, well, it doesn’t really matter now does it. Fans are eating it up. The latest from Deadpool gives us our first look at Negasonic Teenage Warhead, played by newcomer Brianna Hildebrand. Meanwhile, set photos have surfaced of Colossus, which is interesting because no actor has been announced for the role as of yet.

Reynolds shared the first photo of Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead on Twitter.

In the comics, Negasonic Teenage Warhead is a young telepath with precognitive abilities. I’m not sure what relationship she and Deadpool have in the comics, but she does not look amused in this photo. Meanwhile Deadpool’s gaze upon her practical says “adopt me”. It definatley appears the two will be fighting alongside each other much to the chagrin of Negasonic Teenage Warhead.

More pics of Hildebrand in character can be seen at Just Jared, along with photos of Ed Skrein as Ajax. But the real point of interest there is our first look at Colossus — or rather, the mo-cap-suited guy and prop head that will later be turned into Colossus.
