Kabam, who you might know as the developer of Marvel‘s mobile game Marvel: Contest of Champions, has just announced a new Star Wars Mobile game Star Wars: Uprising. The graphics in MCoC are pretty damn good so fans can expect to see some interesting Star Wars characters and locations from the Star Wars Universe. The game takes place in the tie period between Star Wars Episode VI Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Wanna know more?
Described as an RPG that will allow players to create a unique character while tackling missions and building skills and weaponry, Star Wars Uprising will be the first mobile Star Wars game since LucasFilm was bought by Disney. Here’s the first teaser trailer for the game.
It should be noted that there isn’t any game-play footage in the trailer, and that was disappointing, but we do have this tiny picture of the Real Time Co-Op Play that shows a somewhat Diablo like style of play.
Players can choose from a selection of classes that include: Smuggler, Bounty Hunter, Rebel Guerilla, Diplomat, and Gambler. The action all takes place in and around the Anoat Sector that includes Hoth and Cloud City. The game starts right after the Battle of Endor, the destruction of the second Death Star, and the death of the Emperor Palpatine.
