It looks like we might have our first look at Carrie Fisher‘s new look Princess Leia in J.J. Abrams‘ Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It looks like a wardrobe test and although the quality is kinda crappy, the costume looks quite workable. If you’re worried about spoilers or just want to save this surprise for the eventual second trailer that should be Leia’s official premiere then go no further. The rest of you should feel free to click away to a galaxy far far away.

Here’s the video featuring the scoop:
I would have expected this new look for Leia to be premiered at SDCC 2015 in July, along with some of the rest of the Solo/Skywalker children. What do you think, is this the real thing? Again it looks like a wardrobe test series of shots so it could be that this costume wasn’t put through and actually worn on-screen. Then again it could be the first thing we see her wear.
