Last night was a big night for the fans of Star Wars. Either you watched it on television during football game or you saw it online, but in case you were living under a rock, the new trailer for Star Wars The Force Awakens hit the air. By now, tons of reaction videos have been uploaded to the internet, but the best ones have to have been from John Boyega and Daisy Ridley, the actors who actually star in the movie. They, like many fans, reacted the same way, and, if not, better in some ways. Even though they were actually part of the film, to see them in those moments…well, you’ll have to just see for yourself and experience it.

Alright, enough blabbering. Up first is Daisy Ridley. She posted her reaction to Instagram. Check out the clip below.

She was staying at a bed and breakfast when she saw the trailer. As you can see, she went through all the stages many of us did. First, there was excitement. Then there was awe as her eyes opened as wide as they could go. After a quick cut, she was at the end and in tears. If you were the same way, raise your hand. It’s okay because you probably weren’t alone. Just look at John Boyega’s reaction. His is the best one. Take a look.

Like many other actors, and based on his reaction, he hadn’t seen much leading up to that moment. You film your scenes and then you come back after post to see the finished product. Seeing how he reacted, he probably filmed his scenes, went home, and waited like everyone else for the trailer to make it’s debut. If he reacted like this just by watching the trailer, he’s going to freak out when he finally watches the movie in the theater.

It’s kind of funny watching these two reaction videos. Do you even realize that you’re watching two people on the verge of becoming part of history. When they picked the original cast of Star Wars, they were generally unknown actors as well. According to their IMDB pages, Daisy Ridley has several television shows under her belt, and then like a rock hitting you in the face, Star Wars The Force Awakens. The same thing goes for John Boyega. This movie is going to be amazing and the experience of going to the theater to watch will be just as good.

Star Wars The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18.
