The Teen Titans are no strangers to television, but Warner Bros. Home Entertainment‘s next movie, Justice League vs. Team Titans, will be the team’s very first DC Universe original movie series from Warner Bros. and DC Comics! The story centers around Robin working with the Titans after his destructive behavior badly botches a Justice League mission. Demon villain Trigon possesses the Justice League, forcing the Titans to step it up in an effort to thwart Trigon’s plans of world conquest. Director Sam Liu and supervising producer James Tucker have stocked the voice cast with some major talent, as you’ll see below. Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead, Daredevil) will be voicing Trigon, and Taissa Farminga (American Horror Story) will take on his daughter, Raven. The Titans will be comprised of Jake T. Austin (The Fosters) as Blue Beetle, Brandon Soo Hoo (From Dusk Til Dawn: The Series) as Beast Boy, Kari Wahlgren (Phineas and Ferb) as Starfire, Shemar Moore as Cyborg, Sean Maher as Nightwing and Stuart Allan as Robin.
The Justice League will be voiced by Jason O’Mara as Batman, Jerry O’Connell as Superman, Rosiario Dawson as Wonder Woman, and Christopher Gorham as Flash.
The script is penned by Brian Q. Miller (Smallville, Defiance) and Alan Burnett, and is not based on any one specific comic book. Character designs were done by Phil Bourassa, and Sam Register is executive producer. A preview of the movie will be available as an extra on Batman: Bad Blood, to be released this week.
