Last year’s underground mockumentary hit (96% Rotten Tomatoes Score) about the undead, What we do in the Shadows is getting a sequel, We’re Wolves. Writer/Director Taiki Waititi recently announced the sequel during an interview, but don’t get to excited. Waititi has his hands full directing Thor: Ragnarok so we’re gonna have to wait for We’re Wolves.
Follow the lives of Viago (Taika Waititi), Deacon (Jonathan Brugh), and Vladislav (Jemaine Clement) – three flatmates who are just trying to get by and overcome life’s obstacles-like being immortal vampires who must feast on human blood. Hundreds of years old, the vampires are finding that beyond sunlight catastrophes, hitting the main artery, and not being able to get a sense of their wardrobe without a reflection-modern society has them struggling with the mundane like paying rent, keeping up with the chore wheel, trying to get into nightclubs, and overcoming flatmate conflicts.
One night our group of vampires meets up with a group of werewolves.
The two groups, vampires on the left and werewolves on the right squared off in the park and this happened:
Crave Online caught up with Watiti who had this to say:
Jemaine [Clement] and I are trying to write a werewolves spin-off, most likely be the next thing. It’s going to be called We’re Wolves, like ‘We are wolves.’ We’re Wolves.

While we’ll probably run into some of the vampires from What We Do In The Shadows in We’re Wolves, there will most likely be some other group added to the mix as well, perhaps mummies, zombies, or witches?
