The first piece of news is pretty big as it describes the plot for the Justice League movie. However, don’t expect anything mind blowing from what you’re about to read.
“Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes-Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash-it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.”
And there you have it. Now by a round of applause, how many of you knew that this was going to be the gist of the movie? Exactly. But if DC and Warner Bros. knows what’s good for them, they’ll let out as little as possible. Fans know what happens when they let out too much information. A Doomsday was spoiled and it was not what the fans wanted. With that being said, San Diego Comic Con is just around the corner, so anything could happen. The movie is still in it’s early days of production, maybe there won’t be much to spoil. Be cautious anyways.
Justice League Logo
What’s there to say about the logo? Not much really. It does utilize the same font seen on the “upgraded” DC logo, but that’s pretty much eat. Some cleverness has inserted a star into the name, but that’s about it. Sadly, only these black and white versions exist. Hopefully there will be colored versions in the near future. It would surely add some life to the film.
It looks like Batman will be getting a new car to ride around in. That’s good news considering his last one had the doors ripped out by Superman (does insurance cover that?). It’s hard to tell by the concept art, but it looks a lot like the Batmobile in the Dawn of Justice film. Batman will also be getting a new vehicle. Dubbed “The Flying Fox,” this new toy will be able to seat some of the other members of the Justice League.
In other news, it looks like there are reports of what some of the other members are going to look like once they make their appearances. Cyborg is reportedly going to be 100% CGI. It’s kind of a bummer, but also not surprising. How big are they going to make this character? The Flash will be real, thankfully, appearing in his own handmade costume. It will also have some stolen tech attached to it in the form of heating tiles taken off a space shuttle. And Wonder Woman will look like she did in Dawn of Justice.
That wraps things up for this roundup of Justice League news. Tune in next time when the entire movie will be spoiled and when fans realize it really is just an adaptation of the video game Injustice.
