The Warner Bros stage at Sand Diego Comic Con would have been sorely lacking if they didn’t give us some glimpse of all the return to J K Rowling‘s globally beloved magical world. The all new angle from which upcoming movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will approach the wizarding world – taking place in a different time and country than the Harry Potter books and films released so far – has been on every avid Potterhead’s tongue since it was first announced way back in September 2013.
True to form, Warner Bros did not disappoint. Their stage was crowned with the latest trailer for the movie.
It offers a more complete look into the world in which the story is set, along with more of a grasp of the life and relationships and work and responsiblities of protagonist Newt Scamander, played by Eddie Redmayne. In keeping with the rest of the series, it is bursting with the kind of explosive, colourful CGI that made the previous Harry Potter films such a feat of cinematography and an utter joy to behold.
The new trailer a beautifully tantalising addition to the snippets we’ve been offered so far over the past almost three years and comes when we’re now just months away from seeing the final product – with the release date set for 18th November this year.
