Filming for Alien: Covenant is currently underway and it looks like leaked images from the set have already been…leaked. These images come courtesy of a source who has provided the site So, Is It Any Good with images straight from the set. The images include the “Space Jockey” chamber that was featured in Prometheus, early incarnations of the xenomorphs, a chamber housing some eggs, and facehuggers. Based on that one image, this is going to be one hell of a movie.

Without any further ado, here are the images from the set of Alien: Covenant.

So, about that facehugger. There’s no beating around the bush. Everyone know’s what your thinking. And the fact of the matter is that you’re a sick individual and probably aren’t alone in your thoughts. As for the rest of the images. It looks like someone has been studying the aliens. Many of them are on display, and there are sketches in the background. There was no context provided with the images, so it’s hard to tell if these are really part of the set or some designer’s workshop. However, the egg and “Space Jockey” chambers do appear to be part of the sets being used in the film.

However these are being used, at least you’ll get some insight as to the creative direction of the film. Of course things are still early, so stay tuned for any updates that may come along the way.

Alien: Covenant stars Michael Fassbender and Noomi Rapace. It’ll be directed by Ridley Scott and will debut in theaters on August 4, 2017.
