The consensus across the internet is well known that the Spiderman reboot movie were less than good. And now one of the major characters in the reboot franchise is throwing some shade at the part itself. Legendary actress Sally Field seems to be happy that the franchise is being rebooted and is no longer involved in the web-head’s life.
The new International teaser trailer for Ridley Scott’sAlien prequel “Prometheus” has hit the Internet. Like most of it’s movie blockbuster trailer counterparts it’s got just enough changes and additions to the domestic trailer that fans will want to check it out.
“Prometheus” stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron,Idris Elba, Sean Harris, Kate Dickie, Rafe Spall, Logan Marshall-Green, Guy Pearce, and Patrick Wilson.
Film synopsis: Ridley Scott, director of “Alien” and “Blade Runner,” returns to the genre he helped define. Maybe in space, no one will hear you scream on June 8th, 2012, but if your sitting next to this NerdBastard in the theater and scream . . . your getting a lap full of popcorn, hot buttery popcorn.
If you haven’t seen the International poster yet, you can see it here.
After the first G.I.Joe movie with wisecracking Marlon Wayans, worst casting ever, this NeredBastard wasn’t hopeful about a sequel that takes off after the last movie ended. Then the first trailer came out and with the casting of The Rock and Bruce Willis, this just might be the G.I.Joe movie fans have been waiting for.
The new international trailer builds off a solid tradition of badassery that follows generally the same pattern as the first theatrical trailer. The Joes are set up by President Zartan, Channing Tatum probably dies, and the survivors seek revenge.
What fans didn’t get until now is a preview of the Snake Eyes-Storm Shadow fight and President Zartan complimenting Cobra Commander on his new “cool mask.” (Thank the Lords of Kobal for Cobra Commander’s proper mask!) Throw in scenes where Jinx has more opportunity to shine in all her ninja glory and this NerdBastard had to go spend some time in his bunk.
If you were a fan of the latestAmazing Spider-Man trailer, then you are going to straight-up love the international trailer. Mostly because it’s the exact same thing…with about four additional shots. Still, we’re talking about Marc Webb‘s July 3 reboot of the Spider-Man franchise with Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Sally Field and Denis Leary, so anything new is worth pointing out. Check out the trailer below.
Here it is for as long as it lasts. The trailer for The Amazing Spiderman. Interesting that his parents are shown at all in this trailer, perhaps they are in the movie to set the tone for Peter’s feeling of loss and set up future movie plot lines? In the comics his parents were never discussed until the “Secret Agents of SHIELD” story line with the Red Skull. Wait, wasn’t the Red Skull just in the Captain America movie? Could there be a future Spiderman / Captain America movie ala Marvel Teamup?
I’ll stop rambling now and let you watch the damn trailer.
