Stan Lee is a ‘Lucky Man’ with New Series on UK TV

You’re 92 years old, you’re basically responsible for the creation of an entire comic book universe, and you’re more famous now than you’ve even been, what do you do for an encore? Well, if you’re Stan “The Man” Lee, you make a move into television. And not just the hoi polloi of American television, but the snooty, top shelf level of British television. It’s an interesting twist in the long career of Lee, who could basically live off the residuals generated by all his characters and their movies and TV series for the rest of his life, but I doubt retirement’s ever been in Lee’s vocabulary. Still, it’s an unusal move for Lee, but he’s always been a Lucky Man. (more…)
