Infinity Stones

Hasbro is brand is synonymous with quality action figures and accessories. With the release of Avengers: Endgame, they continue to impress. Whether you’re a kid that needs your favorite figure to add to your epic imaginary figure battles or the adult seeking to add to their own collections (or vice versa!), Hasbro has you covered. Now, fair warning, if you haven’t seen Endgame yet A) WTF are you waiting for? And B) these figures feature some character and plot spoilers, so beware! New 6-inch figures, Titan Hero Series 12-inch figures, and children-sized roleplaying gear grace Hasbro’s latest line-up, giving some character some much needed attention and fans more collectibles and toys to drool over!

Collector w/ Infinity Stones

Do you remember the Infinity Stones? Shiny rocks, vast amounts of powers, one of them is stuck to the head of Vision in the MCU? They were central to the plot of Captain America: First Avenger, Thor: The Dark World, and of course, the first Guardians of the Galaxy, and have more or less had a presence in every Marvel movie to date post Iron Man 2, but haven’t really been seen much lately. They went completely unmentioned in Ant-Man, and were barely a footnote in Captain America: Civil War. They’re a pretty central plot device to the entire world of Marvel, and yet they don’t seem to be the headline ‘artifact of doom’ right now. It might have fans wondering whether they’ll make an appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 at all. Well, director James Gunn once again has the answers.  (more…)

Though the two-part Avengers: Infinity War was announced only recently, those of us who recognized that ugly purple face in the first post-credits scene of Joss Whedon‘s Avengers have known it was coming. The seeds for Infinity War were planted early, and clearly Marvel isn’t done yet. Only three of the six legendary Infinity Stones have been revealed, while Thanos has appeared briefly in two Marvel Studios movies, he has yet to take a more active role, and we have a whole bunch of movies scheduled between Avengers: Age of Ultron and its 2018 sequel Avengers: Infinity War, Part I.
