Great art can be found all over the internet, but so can crazy shit like chicken nugget sexcapades. We see tons of awesome things on a daily basis, but we’re fuckin’ lazy nerd bastards, so they just get rounded up once a week for your fondling pleasure.

Sadly, due to the SDCC being the big hitter this week, it’s a slow time for nerd art so here’s what we’ve got for you this time around!

Darick Massen has created a real life Koopa Paratroopa. Well, not “real life”, exactly, seeing as it’s dead and stuffed, but you get the point. This taxidermy piece is his submission for an upcoming video game art show.

I haven’t been able to figure out who the artist for this piece is, so if any of you guys happen to know, please leave a comment so we can give credit where it’s due! This is a pretty badass anime-style representation of the Harry Potter characters.

EDIT: Thanks to those of you who commented about this. The artist is Nakagawa.

This digital drawing of Slave Leia from Return of the Jedi was done by Jeff Agala, who added a bit of his own unique flair to it.

More Mondo Tees posters! This one was created by Daniel Danger of Cowboys & Aliens. Apparently this poster was on sale at the Mondo Tees booth during the SDCC.

Justin Page of Rampaged Reality’s imagined Batman as a zombie. Who hasn’t?

This Superman bitizen is one of many nerdy characters to be part of the Tiny Tower game. I’ve no idea what this game is about, though I should really check it out… I’m really just amused by the tiny comic book characters.

And that’s all, folks! I’m sure there will be more next week.
