There’s some out there  speculating production on Ant-Man could begin sooner than we thought. As in once Thor: The Dark World wraps.  This new rumor comes from the Latino Review and those guys have been pretty spot on with Marvel rumors in the past, so I’m willing to give this one a shot.

The theory goes Edgar Wright will be filming The World’s End, the last film of the Cornetto Trilogy comprised of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, at the same time as filming in underway for Thor: The Dark World. Both films are shooting in London and the thought is once Thor wraps up, which would be a little while after The World’s End wraps being a heavier effects film, Ant-Man will begin shooting at many of the same sets and locations as Thor.

Sure, it’s heavy speculation, but its logic is solid. If an Ant-Man film was to begin filming sooner then it might available for release in 2014. This would make is possible for Hank Pym to play a role in Avengers 2. What d’ya think? Does this sound likely to you?
