Each and every week we scour the Internet for nothing but the best in nerdy art. We leave no digital stone unturned, we poke and prod every nook and cranny of the Interwebz. Why? Because we love you, and we love to bring you weekly feed of nerd art.

On with the dump!

Above: Years before young Lara Croft was the world traveler she was just someone looking for an adventure. While gamers around the world are experiencing this through the new Tomb Raider reboot, Eve Ventrue put together a moment of eerie calm for the soon famous treasure hunter. [XombieDIRGE]

Hit the jump for Mutant Turtles, a predator and a giant fist!

The thing that amazes this nerd more then the fact that Ramon Villalobos redid the character select screen for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time is that nobody did it sooner. Giving each turtle their own personal style while keeping their signature poses, Ramon makes each brother their own. From Mikey’s wild and crazy look to Leo’s straight-laced tough guy look, everyone could still function and kick shell.  [Comics Alliance]

Matt Smith is the newest Doctor in Doctor Who, Merida is the newest Disney princess and they’re both eleventh in their respective lines, so why not pair the two for some insane archery practice on top of the TARDIS? Irene Flores did. I guess you don’t have too now. [Nudity and Nerdery]

Otto Schmidt gives Disney Princesses a mischievous style in a continuation of his collection of Disney royalty featuring Snow White, Cinderella, Little Mermaid and Rapunzel, Otto uses his style to make these young ladies a bit NSFW, but it’s all good. Love the touch of gagging the magic mirror though. [Geek Tyrant]

In some strange, alternate universe Dan Hipp imagined a world where the Predator hunts the deadliest of game: man video game characters. Now normally we wouldn’t condone these actions, even from an intergalactic hunter, but that freaking duck has been the bain of many a gamer’s existence for decades. Even he couldn’t get that damn dog though. [Game Freaks]

Sailor Moon gets a little bit of a punk retooling at the hands of Zack Sterling. Having taken up a much more “rough” attitude since fans last saw her the lead sailor scout leans more towards breaking hearts rather than fixing them. [Deviant Art]

Here’s the Lord of the rings with Muppet actors. Part of a series by artist Kenny Durkin, replacing popular characters with Muppet counterparts. Check out all the rest by clicking the link. [The Mary Sue]

One of the biggest films of 2011 and Alex Pardee created one stunning piece of finely detailed, blue blooded work that could have gone unnoticed. Considered to be his “love letter” to the Joe Cornish directed Attack the Block, Alex sums up the alien invasion beautifully with Moses standing his ground against one unseen, but quite large, alien looking for a little payback. [Eyesuck Ink]

You know the saying “Speak softly and carry a big stick”? Well, by the looks of things Harley Quinn sure as hell hasn’t and Brandon Palas is using that to her giant fist launching ability. [Deviant Art]

Are you serious? Isaac Clarke took down the necromorphs in three Dead Space titles and Petr Bohacek has the crazy idea that he could take on the Star Wars‘ galactic empire? Might as well fuel up on deathsticks and call it a trilogy. [XombieDIRGE]
