With the films premier just weeks away, the Deadpool 2 promotional marketing is in full swing. And by full swing, we mean the marketing team has been swinging for the fences and landing some deep bombs.

Coming off the hilarious Deadpool music video featuring Celine Dion’s new single “Ashes”,  good ole’ Deadpool is up to even more zany antics. The red suited goof is coming to Europe, makes overdue apologies to soccer icon David Beckham, as well as epically trolls Marvel’s Infinity War

Starting off this myriad of marketing musics, The Merc with the Mouth puts in a solid defense for Canada as he announces that he’s coming to pick a fight with Europe for leaving them hanging.

David Beckham is one of soccers most famous athletes. At the end of the day though, he’s just a man. A man with feelings. A man who was abashed by the rude comments hurdled his way in the first Deadpool film. The snide remarks about his voice, have been on Beckham’s DVR in constant replay. Feeling bad about the expenses made towards Beckham, Deadpool shows up on his door step to apologize. Beckham wants none of it and repeatedly shuts to door on his face. Turning down a bunch of balloons and a mariachi band. But wouldn’t you know it, Deadpool presents World Cup tickets and a man can only stay mad at another man for so long. They make amends and embrace with one overlong and homoerotic hug.

After budding it out with Beckham, Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds is having the best fight with Marvel’s Infinity War directors. Reynolds tweeted out a heartfelt letter from his character to the audience:

The text reads:

To the greatest fans in the whole universe.

We have embarked on the “Deadpool 2: This is King of Your Guys’ Fault” World Tour. Almost everyone involved in the film has given Maximum Effort the past two years, maintaining the highest level of super secrets, like how David Blaine catches bullets in his mouth. And the secret blend of 11 herbs and spices in Colonel Sanders’ delicious mustache.

Only a handful of people know the film’s true plot. One of the is not Ryan Reynolds. We’re asking that when you see Deadpool 2, you don’t say a f***ing word about the fun $#!+ in the movie. Cause it’d be super lame to spoil the fact that Deadpool dies in this one. Kidding. Not kidding. Kidding?

For those that didn’t catch what this is in reference to, it’s a dig at the Russo brothers who had put out a memo pre-Infinity War, not to spoil the movie and asserting that #ThanosDemandsYourSilence.

Ever the cheeky bastards, the Russo Bros caught wind of Reynolds/Deadpool’s mockery and happily retorted (in good fun):

Reynolds come back? None. Just acceptance:

When Deadpool fights the Russo Brothers, we all win.
