Bryan Singer likes to stir the pot while making movies. He’s always Tweeeting this or Instagraming that, and we love him all the more for it. I hate it when a movie is so wrapped up in a secure cocoon that no one knows what is going on. I think that cocoon of silence is about half the fan problem that Josh Trank‘s Fantastic Four reboot is facing on the Internet. Not Sharing leads to Rumor, Rumor leads to Speculation, Speculation leads to The Dark Side. We certainly don’t have that issue with Singer, he’s shooting things out into the Internet left and right. This latest is s look at the X-Men: Apocalypse design for Cerebro. That mutant power amplifier that helps Professor X find other mutants anywhere around the world. Take a look. (more…)

Exciting times, people! X-Men: Apocalypse inches closer to the start of production, and the news just keeps on coming. You might recall how active that director Bryan Singer was during the production of X-Men: Days of Future Past, offering glimpses and glimmers at the movie through social media. Well, it seems as if he’s at it again with the coming Apocalypse, showing off some of the construction presently happening on set, and a very familiar set at that. Meanwhile, one of the new cast members is talking about her new role, or rather playing the younger version of an old role that goes right back to the very first X-Men film. (more…)

Bryan Singer likes to tweet and we’re all the better for it. This time Singer gives us an inside look at the construction of a familiar X-Men set to be used in X-Men: Days of Future Past while teasing us a bit about Comic-Con.

It’s a pretty safe bet it’s the entrance way to Cerebro, the device created to find other mutants by Professor X and created in the movies by the Beast, Hank McCoy.

Singer also included this question in his tweet:

Funny guy, but it won’t be that long until Comic-Con and we can expect some big doings by the X-Men: Days of Future Past production team and actors. I’m betting on a huge panel of celebrities.

What new stuff are you excited to find out about at this years Comic-Con?
