After years of waiting, the final Harry Potter film is coming to theaters in only a month and a half!

The advertising for the film, leading up to its release (which we all know will be huge), has been fairly low-key compared to others. After all, this is a film franchise that has been growing every year for 10 years, so an abundance of press is hardly needed.

Today, Warner Brothers released the second television spot for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two, which blasts into theaters on July 15.

This new spot features quite a bit of new footage from the battle of Hogwarts, along with general action.

I cannot wait to see this film! What about you?

I must admit that I really do enjoy the Harry Potter novels. They are just fun to read by people of all ages, whether your are 4 or 94.

The movies, on the other hand, are very much hit and miss. Some of them have been done extremely well (Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, I’m looking at you) while others have glossed over too many things in their quest to fill a two hour movie (*ahem* Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince).

But, the film released last year, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One exceeded my expectations, and was a return to form for the series. It was an extremely well-done adaptation of the book, and despite a few criticisms, was rather good.

I’m very excited for the final installment of the Harry Potter franchise, which comes out on July 15, 2011 starring Daniel RadcliffeEmma Watson, Rupert Grint, Helena Bonham Carter, Alan Rickman and Ralph Fiennes.

Below are a few pictures showcasing some extremely important scenes from the film from Entertainment Weekly.
