Honestly, it’s strange that Blizzard didn’t try this sooner. World Of Warcraft is the leading MMORPG of our times, sporting a fanbase of millions of nerds who have devoted impossibly long hours into the game and would probably buy every last bit of merchandise that the almighty vidyagame titan would squeeze out of it. In what seems to be a nice little gameplay reference, the lastest TV spot for the upcoming film seems to be focusing on the PvE side of things…
Is there ever going to be a good movie adaptation based on a great video game? Well, with the next couple of years looking set to provide us with a bountiful mix of ‘video-game-come-movie-adaptations’ – with releases such as: Ratchet and Clank, Hitman: Agent 47, Angry Birds, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter and Splinter Cell – the odds are stacked in our favor that a good movie will come from one of these titles, so yeah! You still not convinced? Well, there is one game that has been laying low amongst the deluge of titles scheduled for release within the next two years, a game that came bursting onto the scene in 2014 at San Diego Comic-Con. This one seems certain to lift the video game curse. The game we are referring to; is, Blizzard Entertainment’s massive multi-platform game World of Warcraft, and this looks to have the biggest potential to live up to expectations of the fans. (more…)

Sadly, this is the only orgy most nerds will ever see
Anyone who has ever tried to run a guild or raiding party knows that getting MMO players to act in concert is like herding cats. Really, once, and if, you can get them together, you have to hold them together. That’s what makes this feat pretty impressive.
Task – Get 300 plus level one naked (Lowest level, starting equipment) Orcs to gather in the same place at the same time.
Objective – Attack and kill Gamon. Gamon is a level 85 NPC that hangs out in a bar in the Orc capital city of Orgrimmar. You pickpocket him for a quest, which also means that you can attack him, although like most NPC characters, he’ll rip you apart with little effort.
Result – Pure YouTube madness!
Watch as 300 naked level 1 Orcs take down Gamon in Orgrimmar:
Zombies, Vampires and Justin Bieber are creatures that are all the rage these days. And well, there are plenty of other eat-your-face-off creatures that deserve the spotlight. Such as ORCS! Yes, the race of tough, warlike, misshapen humanoid creatures. They’ve been featured in practically every fantasy setting. From Lord of the Rings, World of Warcraft, Dungeons and Dragons and so on. They are terryfying bastards that never get any credit.
Well, that’s about to change, because we are proud to report that fantasy writings number one henchmen are getting their very own film. Oh, yes indeed. Our green skinned fighting friends get a whole movie dedicated to them in ‘Orcs: The Will Eat Your Face Off’. And if I may say, it’s about damn time!
They are savage, bestial and barbaric. They are mythical, medieval, and warmongering. They are monstrous, sadistic creatures devoid of human emotion…They are ORCS! Hordes of rampaging orcs! And they’re here to kill us all! The fate of the world is left up to two park rangers. Can they defend us?
Orcs Orcs Orcs are battle ready, ugly, peeved and pouring out of the mountain to wreak havoc and destruction on outdoor enthusiasts and eventually all of mankind. Our collective fates lie in the hands of our hero trio; a couple of bumbling but well-meaning park rangers and Katie, a hot and feisty, over-the-top environmentalist.
