SpongeBob: SpongeBob Out of Water


It’s hard to believe that SpongeBob SquarePants fandom has been going strong for 15 years but it’s  true. Since its debut in 1999, the series aired hundreds of episodes, produced 3 albums, inspired several video games, and is even the backdrop to many theme park rides. On top of all of this, a major motion picture was released in 2004 that grossed over $140mil worldwide. Considering all of this, it’s safe to  say that the latest movie, SpongeBob SquarePants: Sponge Out Of Water is long overdue. (more…)


The Paramount Pictures panel at SDCC14 yesterday had a lot of attention focused on the appearances of Interstellar‘s Christopher Nolan and Matthew McConaughey. Some folks might have missed Tom Kenny, the voice of SpongeBob sharing a first look at the latest SpongeBob movie, SpongeBob: Sponge Out of Water. What makes it interesting is that the movie will feature live action scenes of the characters as they interact with the surface world. (more…)
