Nothing is better then firing up the Nintendo Wii and beating your friends senseless with animated violence. No game did that better then Super Smash Bros. Brawl, right?
The game was fun for it’s time, but what the game really needed wzs a set of blood spurting Mortal Kombat style fatalities, to own your friends with. Fatalites would have made the experience so much better. Maybe then people older than 12 would play it more than once. Come on, what would you give to have a fatality that makes your opponent shit blood. That’s makes a game truly worth playing.
Ya know, it’s been an awesome couple years of video games. Batman: Arkham Asylum, Red Dead Redemption, Bioshock, Dead Space… the list can go on (and if any of you nice readers likes to buy these games for this poor bastard, contact me). Each having its own fun gameplay, good story, and of course, nice graphics to look at.
Well, junkboy has been making images of todays popular games in 8-bit form, pretty much giving them a demake look that older gamers will appreciate. He’s done quite a lot of them, like the Red Dead Redemption one above, so check after the jump to look at all of them and see if your favorite game is on there. (more…)
With the recent news of the upcoming Naruto game having someone from Tekken making a cameo (of course, the dumb asses don’t pick Yoshimitsu to be that character), I started thinking about past games that had awesome cameos. To some of us, it’s a nice treat that gives us a chuckle and to others, it gives them hope for a possible crossover. While this list may not be a top ten list, it is a list that hopefully makes some of you think “Wow, that’s pretty cool” or say “Awesome!’ Check after the jump to see if any of the cameos listed are the ones you already know about or some that are news to you.
