Back in 2008, several members of the Sirius XM Opie and Anthony show got together and hosted a secret showing of the Robert Zemeckis classic Back to the Future. The radio shock jocks provided a Mystery Science Theater 3000 live commentary track.
Now, three years later, there back again with Secret Show to the Future 2, showing what else? Back to the Future 2 of course. To promote this awesome event artist Tim Doyle has created this great Back to the Future II inspired poster (above). The show will take place ( it’s not really a secret) this coming Saturday November 5th 10 p.m. EST at the following location… secretshowtothefuture.com.
For an added bonus Tim’s poster will go on sale at the same time the show starts and can be purchased at sstff.bigcartel.com. Each poster is 18 x 24 and comes in a regular edition, limited to 150 total with 110 unsigned for $50 and 40 signed for $75.

What you see above is just a little taste of the two awesome poster art we have today. The Astor Theatre was having a double feature of Die Hard and Predator and they hired two artists to make the poster art for the flicks. The first one is a Die Hard poster done by Tim Doyle and on the poster we have John McClane being the bad ass he always is. The second poster is for Predator done by an artist named Godmachine and the art just fits the damn Predator so awesomely. Click after the jump to see the posters in their full glory and if you happen to like the posters, you can head on over to TommyGood to buy them for $33 each.

I don’t know about you but I am a HUGE fan of ABC’s Lost. I never thought I would be able to get into it but a visit to my mother’s house in Ft. Lauderdale, FL changed my mind. She made me watch it and it was an obsession after that. It is such a thrilling and mind boggling show that it actually forces you to concentrate and think. It’s a mind workout every time an episode begins and is continuously turning the gears in your head the entire show and after it ends! And its something you talk about for days after. Well, If you’re an obsessed Lost fan like myself, I’m sure you will enjoy some art inspired by Lost. Check it out….
