The new music video for one of Taylor Swift‘s contributions to The Hunger Games was premiered by MTV yesterday.  “Safe and Sound” is a collaboration between Swift and The Civil Wars (Joy Williams and John Paul White).  It’s definitely an interesting video — it’s very cold and almost wintery at a time where a lot of people are goddamn sick of winter, and I’m sure she’s super safe and sound in that forest by her lonesome.  I can’t help but think that she looks like an elf, too.  Don’t know what I think of the song just yet, but I’m biased because I’m generally not a fan of hers…  And it kinda hurts to listen to.

We also have the full track listing for the official soundtrack for The Hunger Games, which will be available on March 20, 2012, two days before the movie is released.  Check that out after the jump!
